Art  is the most sublime form of innermost pleasure and, why not, of self-analysis.

Everything can start if you are able to stop also for a very short time in front of  a picture, a symphony, a book (but, also, a mountain, a woman or a man (depending on personal likes)), avoiding to be complexed or to quickly understand elusive meanings, but leaving yourself be carried by pure feeling. 

 Art is the expression of values which are universal (anyone can catch them), eternal  (not linked to time) and free from author (the work lives also without the author). 

In front of a painting you should not understand (usually  becoming demoralized and going away), but stopping ourself, inserting the "mute" to external world, tuning its own soul and feeling inside: if you  feel something (emotion, anguish, restlessness, excitement) contact has been established.

In some cases, neverthless, nothing happens: this could mean that the your "tuning" is hard to be established or, simply, that you are in front of  a work having a very low artistic value; in both cases go ahead.

 But, on the contrary, if you are rightly tuned, let you go through the maze of your own inner life, where from a very long time there surely some confusion and never time to arrange things.

This is the right time: let's do it and when we come round let's try to remember what happened.  So, a warm sense of well-being will penetrate us.

It's not easy to understand what really can happen, but, through the Art, we  can explore ourself and, step by step, it could be possible (that's incredible) that we shall also improve ourself as well as relationships with surrounding people. Try, dear friend, try to test it!
